After you reach out, here is what happens: Jason reads every message personally and responds within one business day, usually within a few hours during South African operating hours (SAST, UTC+2, Monday to Friday). We start with a 30-minute roadmap call where we discuss your current roadmap, technical constraints, and whether our team is the right fit. There is no sales pitch and no obligation. If we are not the right fit, Jason will point you in the right direction.

If we do move forward, most clients are onboarded within 5 to 7 days of the first call. The first engagement is typically a fixed-price Product Blueprint, a two-week engagement where we take your concept, idea, or brief and turn it into a build-ready specification, a phased roadmap, and a defensible fixed-price Phase 1 quote. You keep the deliverable regardless of whether we build together afterwards.
